Islam is a corporate lawyer, specialized in General Corporate and Commercial in addition to M&A. Islam advised clients on general corporate matters in different industries, and handle the companies’ procedural matters at the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, deal with different governmental authorities, establish companies and obtain licenses.
In addition, Islam advised national & multinational companies such as (Air Liquide Group, Chubb Life Insurance, Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH)). Islam also had an extensive experience in Litigation for 5 years and he was handling the litigation matters for a list of leading clients such as (Seif Pharma Group, Kuwait Embassy).
