In addition, Omar’s expertise includes drafting and reviewing and translating a wide range of agreements which includes but not limited to, such as Construction, Joint-Venture, Insurance, Supply, Maintenance, Management, Franchise, distributorship, transfer of technology, agency, and Employment agreements.
